本文通过调查近两年来心理支持疗法在骨科病房的应用,发现1)骨科病房病人对心理治疗的需求强烈2)骨科病人在临床得到心理治疗的人数维持在较低水平,本文根据骨科病人的需求采取相应的措施,提出高质量的治疗;1)重视非专业的社会支持系统2)多渠道提高病人的自我调节能力3)采取一定的措施让专业资源具有可及性,使心理支持疗法能在临床中得到广泛应用,使病人在身心两方面均能达到良好的康复,提高护理质量。
This article investigates the application of psychological supportive therapy in orthopedic wards in the past two years and finds that 1) there is a strong demand for psychological treatment in patients with orthopedic wards; 2) the number of orthopedic patients who are psychologically treated in the clinic remains at a relatively low level. Based on the needs of orthopedic patients, Take corresponding measures and put forward high quality treatment; 1) attach importance to non-professional social support system; 2) improve patient self-adjustment ability through multiple channels; and 3) take certain measures to make professional resources accessible and enable psychological supportive therapy in Widely used in clinical practice, so that patients in both physical and mental well to achieve good rehabilitation, improve the quality of care.
