对于工矿企业供电系统,无论是设计或运行,均要求在保证供电数量、质量和安全可靠的前提下,节约电能损耗,减少有色金属消耗和基建投资,降低生产成本,最大限度地提高经济效益。将380伏电压提高到660伏,就是节能的一个有效途径。在我国煤炭系统,由于井下采掘设备单机容量较大,采区低压供电距离较长,380伏配电电压已不能满足供电要求,因而早在六十年代就推广了660伏电压。在国处,亦在六十年代就已将660伏作为标准电压应用于矿山、石油、化工等部门。但在我国化工矿山,因井下用电设备单机容量较小,供电距离较短,对供电质量的要求不高,因而至今井下和地面配电系统仍普遍采用380伏电压。如何在新建矿山推广采用660伏配电电压,如何对现有矿山进行升压改造,以逐步使用660伏电压,这是具有现实意义的问题。
For the power supply system of industrial and mining enterprises, whether it is design or operation, it is required to save power loss, reduce non-ferrous metal consumption and capital investment, reduce production cost and maximize economic benefits under the premise of ensuring the quantity, quality and safety and reliability of power supply. The 380 volts to 660 volts, is an effective way to save energy. In China’s coal system, as the underground mining equipment, large single capacity, mining area, low-voltage power supply distance longer, 380 volt distribution voltage has been unable to meet the power requirements, so early in the sixties to promote 660 volts. In the country, also in the sixties has been 660 volts as the standard voltage applied to the mining, petroleum, chemical and other departments. However, in China’s chemical mines, because underground power equipment stand-alone capacity is small, shorter power supply, less demanding on the quality of power supply, so far downhole and ground distribution systems are still widely used 380 volts. How to popularize 660 kV distribution voltage in new mines and how to upgrade the existing mines to gradually use 660 volts is of practical significance.
