实体肿瘤是高度复杂的组织,由癌细胞和间质内各种不同的细胞和细胞外基质(ECM)组成。肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(tumor-associated fibroblasts,TAFs)通常简称为肌成纤维细胞,从固有成纤维细胞转变而来,成为肿瘤间质最重要的成分之一,TAFs可通过多种细胞因子与肿瘤细胞相互作用,从而在肿瘤发生、增殖、浸润、转移、肿瘤血管生成、上皮-间质转化、肿瘤干细胞以及治疗耐受等复杂过程中起重要作用。

TAFs can be expressed by a variety of cytokines and tumor Cell interactions, which play an important role in the complex processes of tumorigenesis, proliferation, invasion, metastasis, tumor angiogenesis, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, cancer stem cells and treatment tolerance.
