在我国社会发展逐渐深入的新形势下,加强思想道德建设已经成为我们目前的主要任务之一。但是在加强企业职工思想道德建设的过程中,会出现一些不可避免的问题,我们必须及时掌握职工的思想状态,探讨相应的应对方案,提高职工思想道德建设水平。本文将根据目前企业职工思想道德建设的现状,探讨新形势下加强职工思想道德建设的方法。
Under the new situation of deepening social development in our country, strengthening ideological and moral construction has become one of our major tasks to date. However, in the process of strengthening ideological and moral construction of employees, some unavoidable problems will arise. We must grasp the ideological status of staff and workers in a timely manner, explore appropriate coping strategies and improve the ideological and ethical standards of staff and workers.
