近年来,沈阳市商品住宅开发投资持续增长,开发规模不断扩大,占固定资产投资总额的比重逐年攀升,成为有效扩大内需、推动国民经济稳步发展的新增长点。同时,也创造了沈阳的城市价值。本篇论文对沈阳市八个片区的19个具有代表性的楼盘进行了研究,分析了沈阳市的商品住宅价格的空间分布特点,并根据其特点有限度地说明了沈阳城市价值空间格局的特点。
In recent years, the investment in the development of commodity houses in Shenyang continues to grow, the scale of development continues to expand, and the proportion in the total investment in fixed assets has risen year by year. It has become a new growth point for effectively expanding domestic demand and promoting the steady development of the national economy. At the same time, it also created Shenyang’s urban value. This paper studies 19 representative properties in eight districts of Shenyang City and analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of commercial housing prices in Shenyang City and illustrates the characteristics of Shenyang urban value space pattern according to its characteristics .
