应夏倩芳教授友情盛邀,我负责审读本刊有关传媒法研究专题的论文并介入部分编辑工作,很高兴有机会重温三十年前的旧营生,借此写几句话。收入这个专题的论文一共四篇,涉及主题有:言论自由及其规制、政府信息公开、诽谤诉讼、禁止淫秽和版权保护,涵盖了传媒法研究的传统核心议题。其中三篇主要论述我国情况,两篇是有关外国的:英国和美国。可以说具备了相当的代表性。这些论文的共同特点就是前沿性。周冲候选博士在界定应急传播概念
At the invitation of Professor Xia Qianfang, I am responsible for reviewing my thesis on the topic of the study of the media law and intervene in some editorial work. I am glad to have the opportunity to review the old franchise thirty years ago to write a few words.
