成人教育的实践揭示了这样一个规律:学习者在学习过程中处于主体地位。然而,在当前成人教育的实践中,不重视发挥成人学习者的主体作用,主体错位、以教代学的现象较为普遍,影响了成人教育的质量效益。本文拟就成人学历教育中如何发挥学员的主体作用作一些分析探索。
The practice of adult education reveals such a law: learners in the learning process in the main position. However, in the current practice of adult education, it does not attach importance to giving full play to the main role of adult learners, the main body is dislocated, and the phenomenon of teaching on behalf of students is more common, which affects the quality and benefits of adult education. This article intends to make some analysis and exploration on how to give play to the main role of the trainees in adult academic education.
