患者男,28岁,潜水员,因昏迷于1959年12月3日下午11时40分入院。患者12月2日因潜艇(下潜40m深,停留12h)事故,放漂后于当晚6—7时经救生船送入加压箱(未加压)急救,意识清楚,能说话及走路,主诉胸闷,无其他不适;当夜11时加压0.49033mPa(5kgf/cm~2)治疗,于12月3日上午9时30分出舱,后送途中(11时30分)病情恶化,颜面苍白,呼吸频,渐转入昏迷。入院检查:T37℃。P144;R40,BP115/80,昏迷,球结膜充血,眼球向左侧斜视,眼睑轻度水肿,左眼明显,双瞳孔等圆,对光反应存在,颈部有抗力,左胸略扁平,双肺闻及粗大啰音(似鼾声),左霍夫曼
