气缸垫的技术要求很高,主要是密封性能要好。气缸垫长期处于苛刻的环境中工作,若安装缸垫时一不注意,就会产生冲缸,造成发动机故障。根据实践经验所掌握在行车途中发生冲缸时,更换气缸垫时应注意的事项简介如下: 1.若在途中发现冲缸,千万不能在发动机高温下立即拆卸缸盖,这样会使缸盖翘曲变形,应先放去水箱中的热水,让缸盖自然冷却30分钟以上,然后拆卸缸盖。
