本文简明阐述了三峡水轮机转轮、蜗壳、导叶等重要部件的工艺方案,并着重对转轮叶片的加工工艺进行了技术经济分析,提出了近期应进行开发的工艺研究项目。
In this paper, the technical scheme of the important components such as runner, volute and guide vane of Three Gorges turbine is briefly described. The technical and economic analysis of the machining process of the rotor blade is emphatically carried out. The research project of the technology which should be developed in the near future is proposed.
