尊敬的行长,尊敬的校长及各位老师,各位同学:我是代表评委会来做这个发言的。我们评委会之所以觉得荣幸,也觉得紧张,是因为这次是阳光艺术节,阳光艺术节在天津能够发展,也就是说在太阳升起的、照耀祖国最早的地方开始,它有很多的含义。其中第一点,我们似乎没有想到,在经济区竟然由一个地方性的银行和一个地方性的院校开始了一种联合,这种联合至关重要。其实,当我们回顾整个世界的艺术史的时候,每一个重要的艺术成就都是从一个地方由于它们自身的、亲密的而且有战略眼光
