教师的道德品质、行为习惯、思想水平等都会对学生产生深远影响,这是一个不争的事实。用正能量提升教师的幸福感,不仅仅是促进教师全面发展的重要内容,也是提升学生幸福感的关键举措。技工院校作为一个以培养实用性、专业性人才为主的院校,应该在提升教师幸福感这一关键问题上做出典范。本文从教学实际出发,分析了在多个方面教学环节中改善教师心态、提升幸福感的措施,希望能够为技工院校的可持续发展提供一些参考和建议。
It is an indisputable fact that teachers’ moral qualities, behavior habits and ideological level will all have a profound impact on students. Using positive energy to enhance teachers’ happiness is not only an important part of promoting teachers’ all-round development, but also a key measure to enhance students’ happiness. As a college that focuses on cultivating practical and professional talents, technical institutes should set an example on the key issue of improving teacher’s happiness. Based on the teaching practice, this article analyzes the measures to improve teachers’ mentality and enhance the sense of happiness in many aspects of teaching, hoping to provide some references and suggestions for the sustainable development of mechanics and technical colleges.
