本文以高温金相为主,结合x光衍射、电子探针等手段,对NbTi50/Cu、PdRu5/AlMg5双金属丝界面处扩散层的形成过程及相组成进行了研究。得出在界面处液相出现(即达到共晶或进入固液共存区)之前,扩散层随温度按指数规律变化;在同一温度,扩散层与扩散时间的平方根成正比。界面处由于相互扩散,形成了大体呈层状分布的金属化合物带。界面处液相出现之后,扩散层将急剧增厚。试验确定了上述材料扩散层中的化合物。研究发现,Nb、Ti、Cu的三元共晶点是780±3℃。
In this paper, the formation process and phase composition of the diffusion layer at the interfaces of NbTi50 / Cu and PdRu5 / AlMg5 bimetallic filaments were investigated by XRD and XRD. It is found that the diffusion layer changes exponentially with temperature before the liquid phase appears at the interface (ie reaches the eutectic or enters the solid-liquid co-existing zone). At the same temperature, the diffusion layer is proportional to the square root of the diffusion time. As a result of the interdiffusion at the interface, a generally stratified metal compound band is formed. After the liquid phase appears at the interface, the diffusion layer will rapidly thicken. The experiment confirmed the compounds in the material diffusion layer. The study found that Nb, Ti, Cu ternary eutectic point is 780 ± 3 ℃.
