党的十一届三中全会作出了党的工作重点转移到经济建设上来的重大决定,十四大又确立了建立社会主义市场经济体制的目标。随着党的工作重心的转移,党的自身建设必须与新形势新任务相适应,加强党的建设也必须与经济建设这个中心有机地结合起来,这是摆在各级党组织面前的一个重大课题,本文结合当前工作实际,就党的建设如何更好地为经济建设服务谈点个人看法:一、改变思维定势.正确认识和处理党建工作与经济工作的辩证关系
