用HBsAg制备的重组乙型肝炎疫苗一般没有或只有轻微副作用,本文报告2例青年女性在接种乙型肝炎疫苗后发生自身免疫性血小板减少症。
Recombinant hepatitis B vaccines prepared with HBsAg generally have no or only mild side effects and two young women reported here develop autoimmune thrombocytopenia after vaccination with the hepatitis B vaccine.
