研究了麻纤维增强不饱和聚酯复合材料的耐老化性能。紫外线(UV)辐射和冷凝循环加UV辐照都能导致麻纤维复合物失重,但失重率随延长辐照时间的延长而稳定。同样,UV辐照初期能使麻纤维复合材料的拉伸性能下降,但随时间增长,拉伸性能越来越稳定。同样两类条件下,不同麻纤维复合物拉伸强度和弹性模量的下降都非常相近。但是在水中,麻纤维复合的物的弹性模量比拉伸强度降低更为明显。利用这些条件可以识别这类复合材料是否被水污染。
The aging resistance of hemp fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester composites was studied. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation and condensation cycles plus UV irradiation can lead to weight loss of hemp fiber composites, but weight loss rate is stable with prolonged irradiation time. Similarly, the tensile properties of hemp-fiber composites decreased during the initial stage of UV irradiation, but the tensile properties became more and more stable over time. Under the same two kinds of conditions, the tensile strength and elastic modulus of different hemp fiber composites decreased very similar. However, in water, the elastic modulus of the hemp fiber composite is more pronounced than that of the tensile strength. Use these conditions to identify whether such composites are contaminated with water.
