一汽在推行精益生产方式中取得了很大成绩,原因之一就是一汽人把危机与精益联系在一起.使危机找到了解脱的办法,使精益寻到了动力的源泉。《改变世界的机器》一书中指出:推行精益生产方式“对于生存没有处于生死关头的公司来说,看来进步只能是有限的。”这就说明,要推行精益生产方式,先要树立危机意识,否则很难奏效。 一汽底盘厂把推行精益生产方式移植到新产品决战的主战场,并以此指导决战的全过程,以危机促精益,精益战危机,收到了良好的效果。
