目的比较2微米激光与等离子电切治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法收集已发表的关于2微米激光和等离子电切治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的国内外文献,针对结果进行统计学综合(Meta)分析。采用优势比(OR)及95%置信区间(95%CI)作为评价比较疗效,统计学分析采用Revman4.2软件。结果共5篇文献符合标准纳入,包括177例(2微米激光组)和168例(等离子电切组)进行分析。Meta分析显示:两组比较中肿瘤的复发和手术时间的差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),2微米激光组并发症少于等离子电切组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.001)。结论 2微米激光治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤安全可靠,与等离子电切比较,在避免并发症方面有一定优势。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of 2 μm laser and plasma tangential non-invasive invasive bladder tumor. Methods The published literature on 2 μm laser and plasma tangential non-mycotic invasive bladder tumor was collected and analyzed for the results by statistical analysis (Meta). The odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (95% CI) were used as the comparative evaluation efficacy. Statistical analysis was performed using Revman 4.2 software. Results A total of 5 articles were included in the standard, including 177 cases (2 μm laser group) and 168 cases (plasma tangential group). Meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference in tumor recurrence and operation time between the two groups (P> 0.05). The complications of 2-micrometer laser group were less than those of plasma-cleaved group (P <0.001) . Conclusion 2 μm laser treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder tumor is safe and reliable, compared with plasma tamponade, to avoid complications have some advantages.
