做人贵在品,为师重在责。黄宗羲在《续师说》中有这样一段话:“师者,所以传道授业解惑也。道之未闻,业之未精,有惑而不能解,而非师矣。”而今,道之广闻,业之专精,学生有惑而不愿解,亦非师也。作为一名班主任,我一直追求着这样一种境界,在我的班级里,每一名学生都在明媚的阳光中追求真知,奉献爱心,实现自我,感受成功。人人都能以宽容的心态去对待他人的每一次过失,用期待的心态去等待他人的每一点进步,用欣赏的目光去关注
