目的：探讨中枢抑制与穴位刺激并用配合口服中药对尿石病肾绞痛的临床疗效。方法：采用肌注度冷丁与双足三里穴位注射维生素Ｋ３相结合，再配合口服中药通淋排石合剂，治疗尿石症肾绞痛１８１例，与常规治疗随机对照观察。结果：与对照组比较，中西医结合组显效率和总有效率高（Ｐ＜００１）；起效及显效时间快（Ｐ＜００１），不良反应发生率低（Ｐ＜００１），差别有非常显著意义。结论：中枢镇痛与穴位刺激并用，配合口服中药治疗肾绞痛，不仅止痛效果好，不良反应少，而且有利于发挥机体自身排石作用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of central inhibition and acupoint stimulation combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine on urolithiasis and renal colic. Methods: The intramuscular injection of cold Ding and Shuangli Sanli acupoint injection of vitamin K3, combined with oral Tonglin Paishi Mixture, treatment of urolithiasis and colic 181 cases, and conventional treatment of randomized controlled observation.
