广东冶金局于今年2月15～19日在梅县地区五华县召开1978年度安全工作会议。省、地属企业,地(市)冶金局主管安全生产的付主任或部门负责人,以及省总工会,省卫生局,广东矿冶学院、武安所等111个单位的737名代表参加了会议。省冶金局付局长陈玉明同志主持了这次会议。会议传达冶金部下垄会议以及全国防尘防毒工作会议精神,总结1978年安全工作并布置1979年工作。代表们交流了经验,讨论了各级安全生产责任制,参观了洋塘钨矿。一
Guangdong Metallurgical Bureau held its annual safety working conference in Wuhua County, Meixian County on February 15-19 this year. Provincial and municipal enterprises, chiefs or department heads in charge of production safety in prefectures (cities) Metallurgical Bureau, and 737 delegates from 111 units including Provincial General Labor Union, Provincial Health Bureau, Guangdong Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Wu’an Office attended the meeting . Provincial Metallurgical Bureau paid Commissioner Comrade Chen Yuming presided over the meeting. The meeting convened the Minmetals meeting of the Ministry of Metallurgical Affairs and the spirit of the national conference on dust-proof and anti-poison work, summed up the security work in 1978 and arranged the work in 1979.
