不管我们是否意识到,上海戏剧学院在客观上始终经历着两个市场的竞争与冲击:一是生源市场,二是分配市场。近年来全院上下普遍为招生难(生源质量不理想)和分配难(学生就业安排难)所困扰。而这二者之间恰是互为作用的:生源的素质——人才的质量;分配市场上的竞争力——生源市场上的吸引力。应该清醒地看到,随着改革形势的迅猛发展,全社会的优胜劣汰的竞争机制将只会加强而不会削弱。我们必须要有危机意以。由此而言,作为深化教学改革主攻方向的专业主课建设和史论课建设也就显得尤为紧迫和重要了。
Whether we realize or not, the Shanghai Theater Academy objectively has always experienced the competition and impact of two markets: one is the student market, and the other is the distribution of the market. In recent years, the whole hospital is generally confused for enrollment difficulties (students ’quality is not ideal) and distribution difficulties (difficult for students’ employment arrangement). And the two are exactly the same: the quality of students - the quality of talented people; the competitiveness of markets allocated - the attractiveness of student markets. It should be soberly realized that with the rapid development of the reform situation, the competition mechanism for the survival of the fittest of the whole society will only strengthen rather than weaken. We must have a crisis. From this point of view, as the main direction of deepening the teaching reform, the construction of the main course of study and the construction of the history course also become particularly urgent and important.
