张×,男,16岁,病案号:22588。因自服80％敌敌畏50ml后,感胃部不适,恶心、呕吐,为胃内容物,无血和蛔虫。立即到当地卫生院洗胃,给予阿托品和解磷定抢救(药量不详)。次日巩膜、皮肤出现轻度黄染,同时伴有寒战、发烧、腰痛、呼吸困难等症。于1983年4月5日以敌敌畏中毒入院。既往健康,否认肝胆、血液系统病史。查体:体温37.6℃,脉搏104次/分,呼吸24次/分,血压110/60mmHg;神清语明,查体合作。贫血貌,无发绀,瞳孔大小正常,两侧同园,光反应略迟钝。项软。巩膜及全身皮肤可见轻度黄染,未见出血点和蜘蛛痣。心、肺、腹均未见异常。按敌敌畏中毒常规抢救。辅助检查,4月5日血红蛋白10.5,红细胞325,白细胞18,600,分叶96％淋巴3％,杆状1％,血小板17万;尿常规:蛋白(+++),白细
