以壳聚糖为功能体,柚皮苷为印迹分子,将壳聚糖负载到二氧化硅(CS@SiO2)上,制成柚皮苷(NG)印迹CS@SiO2,用XRD、FT-IR、SEM等测试技术对该印迹聚合物进行分析表征,探讨了印迹CS@SiO2对印迹分子柚皮苷的吸附特性.实验表明,印迹聚合物的吸附特性优于非印迹聚合物.分别用Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附模型拟合印迹CS@SiO2对NG的吸附等温线,印迹CS@SiO2对NG的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温方程.印迹聚合物对印迹分子的印迹效率α为1.74,采用橙皮苷作竞争性吸附底物,选择因子β为2.00.
Using chitosan as the functional body and naringin as the imprinting molecule, the chitosan was loaded onto the silica (CS @ SiO2) to make niosin (NG) imprinted CS @ SiO2. The nanofibers were characterized by XRD, FT- , SEM and other analytical techniques to characterize the imprinted polymer and explore the adsorption characteristics of imprinted CS @ SiO2 on the imprinted molecule naringin.The experimental results show that the adsorption properties of imprinted polymer are better than those of non-imprinted polymer.Using Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm model was used to fit the adsorption isotherm of CS @ SiO2 to NG, and the adsorption of NG on SiO2 @ SiO2 was in accordance with Langmuir adsorption isotherm.The imprinting efficiency of imprinted polymer to imprinted molecule was 1.74, Adsorption substrate, selection factor β was 2.00.
