实验研究了去应力退火次数对TA15钛合金电子束焊接接头力学性能的影响,分析了去应力退火次数与残余应力、抗拉强度及疲劳性能的关系。结果表明:随着退火次数的增加,残余应力在开始阶段急剧减少,进一步增加退火次数则逐渐变缓;疲劳寿命随退火次数的增加而逐渐增加,但幅度逐渐变小,与残余应力的变化规律相符;而退火次数对拉伸性能的影响可以忽略。
The effects of the number of annealing cycles on the mechanical properties of TA15 titanium alloy electron beam welded joints were studied experimentally. The relationship between the number of annealing cycles and the residual stress, tensile strength and fatigue property was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the number of annealing, the residual stress sharply decreases in the initial stage and further increases in the number of anneal. However, the fatigue life increases gradually with the increase of the number of annealing, but the amplitude gradually decreases and the residual stress changes Consistent; and the number of annealing on the tensile properties can be neglected.
