1992年从加拿大引进甘蓝型油菜无蜡粉种质材料Nilla。经研究,该材料的无蜡粉性状呈隐性遗传,受2对基因控制。利用有性杂交对该材料进行改良.结果表明:该材料衍生系的生育期比Nilla早5~7天;在15个农艺性状中有13个重要性状显著变优;达到了双低品质,含油率提高2.03个百分点。以此材料已有出带隐性无蜡粉标记的细胞质雄性不育系并实现了三系配套,1998年度测试27个杂种组合.结果有16个较对照中油821增产,增产幅度为2.2%~65.6%。
1992 Introduced Nilla from Canada to waxy rapeseed-free germplasm material. The study found that the wax-free material of the material was recessive genetic, controlled by two pairs of genes. The material is improved by sexual crossing. The results showed that the growth period of the derivative was 5 to 7 days earlier than that of Nilla. 13 important traits of 15 agronomic traits were significantly better than those of Nilla. The double trait quality was achieved and the oil content increased by 2.03%. In this material, a cytoplasmic male sterile line with a recessive wax-free marker has been established and three lines have been established. In 1998, 27 hybrid combinations were tested. As a result, 16 oilseeds were increased compared with the control 821, with a yield increase of 2.2% -65.6%.
