2015年,是国防科技工业改革全面深化的一年,改革任务层层落实,军民融合成果显著;是军工“走出去”步伐加快的一年,对外合作不断深化,军工企业、优质产能和中国装备加速走出去;是法治军工建设成效显著的一年,国防科技工业在法治思维和法治方式中平稳发展;是扫除作风积弊回归务实传统的一年,风清气正的环境确保各项改革发展任务不断推进。
In 2015, the reform of the national defense science and technology industry deepened in an all-round way. The task of reform was implemented at various levels with remarkable results in the integration of military and civilian areas. It was a year for military industry to go global. The cooperation with foreign countries continued to deepen. Military enterprises, high-quality production capacity and Chinese equipment accelerated its going out; it marked a remarkable year for the rule of law and military construction. The national defense science and technology industry developed steadily in terms of the rule of law and the rule of law. It was a year that swept away the long-standing trend of returning the work to the pragmatic tradition. Development tasks continue to advance.
