目的:通过听力筛查,了解天水市城乡新生儿听力状况,追踪高危因素,提出干预措施。方法:选择2008年1月~2009年11月在天水市妇幼保健院出生的所有新生儿,应用耳声发射仪和听觉脑干诱发电位仪进行听力筛查,并对辖区内的新生儿听力筛查状况进行分析,进而追踪高危因素,提出针对性的干预措施。结果:共有2 264例新生儿接受了初筛,1 781例通过,通过率为78.67%(1 781/2 264);483例需复筛,实复筛430例,复筛率89.03%(430/483),复筛通过率97.91%(421/430),9例复筛仍为阳性,其中单耳阳性5例,双耳阳性4例,建议到指定的听力诊断机构进行确诊,最后追踪随访有6例确诊为听力障碍,该地区听力障碍发病率为2.65‰。结论:通过筛查,新生儿听力障碍可做到早发现、早诊断、早干预。
Objective: Through hearing screening, understand the hearing of newborns in urban and rural areas of Tianshui, follow-up of risk factors, and propose interventions. Methods: All newborns born in Tianshui Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2008 to November 2009 were selected for hearing screening with otoacoustic emission and auditory brainstem response potentiometer. Check the situation for analysis, and then follow-up of risk factors, put forward targeted interventions. Results: A total of 2 264 newborns were enrolled for primary screening and 781.7% (7861/264) were passed, 483 were re-screened, 340 were re-screened, and the rate of re-screening was 89.03% (430 / 483), the rate of re-screening 97.91% (421/430), 9 cases of re-screening is still positive, including one-ear positive in 5 cases, positive binaural 4 cases, it is recommended to the designated diagnostic hearing diagnosis, the last follow-up Six cases were diagnosed with hearing impairment and the prevalence of hearing impairment in the area was 2.65 ‰. Conclusion: Through screening, neonatal hearing impairment can be detected early, early diagnosis and early intervention.
