低粗糙度磨削(通常也称低粗糙度精密磨削)可获得R_a0.16~0.006的加工表面粗糙度,而且工件形状精度和尺寸精度也比较高。所以大部分高精度和低粗糙度的零件质量都是通过精密磨削来达到的,经过淬硬的高精度零件更是如此。与手工研磨相比,它的生产效率高,易实现自动测量,加工范围广。因此,低粗糙度精密磨削在工具制造、机床制造、轴承工业、航空工业等方面应用都很普遍,对提高产品质量和效率都具有重要意义。

Therefore, low-roughness precision grinding in tool manufacturing, machine tool manufacturing, bearing industry, aviation industry and other aspects of the application are very common, to improve product quality and efficiency are of great significance.
