目的:建立一种反相高效液相色谱法同时测定饮料、雪糕及果冻中柠檬黄、苋菜红、靛蓝、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝7种人工合成色素的检测方法。方法:样品利用聚酰胺吸附后,经过滤、洗脱、浓缩后用水溶解,采用Agilent C18柱(5μm,250 mm×3.0 mm)色谱柱分离,以甲醇-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,采用梯度洗脱、改变波长的方法进行测定。结果:样本中的7种合成色素得到了很好的分离,相关系数均大于0.999,方法回收率在84.6%~107%之间,RSD%<5%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好、灵敏度较高,色素分离度良好、回收率满意,适于饮料、雪糕、果冻7种合成色素的同时测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of seven artificial colors of lemon yellow, amaranth, indigo, carmine, sunset yellow, seductive red and brilliant blue in beverages, ice cream and jelly by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: After the sample was adsorbed by polyamide, it was separated by filtration, eluted, concentrated and dissolved in water. The sample was separated on an Agilent C18 column (5 μm, 250 mm × 3.0 mm) using methanol-0.02 mol / L ammonium acetate as mobile phase , Using gradient elution, changing the wavelength of the method of determination. Results: The seven synthetic pigments in the sample were well separated with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.999. The recoveries were between 84.6% and 107% with RSD% <5%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible, sensitive and has good color separation and satisfactory recovery. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of seven synthetic pigments, such as beverages, ice cream and jelly.
