以自行研制的片状增强摩擦材料为对象 ,研究了不同片状增强体含量及径厚比对摩擦复合材料的冲击强度及摩擦磨损性能指标的影响。结果表明 ,随着增强体含量增加 ,其冲击强度呈一峰形分布 ;随其径厚比的增大 ,冲击强度增高 ;片含量与径厚比对其摩擦系数的影响 ,主要表现在不同工作温度阶段 ,其摩擦系数平均值较稳定 ;摩擦材料的磨损量随片径厚比增大而增加。蛭石片对其增强的摩擦材料的高温状态下的摩擦与磨损有较好的稳定作用
The self-developed sheet-type friction material was used as the research object to study the effect of different sheet-like reinforcements and the aspect ratio on the impact strength and friction and wear properties of the friction composite. The results show that with the increase of the content of reinforcement, the impact strength shows a peak-shape distribution. With the increase of the diameter-thickness ratio, the impact strength increases. The influence of the content of sheet and diameter-thickness ratio on the friction coefficient is mainly at different working temperature Stage, the average value of the friction coefficient is relatively stable; friction material wear with film diameter to thickness ratio increases. Vermiculite tablets have a good stabilizing effect on the friction and wear of the friction material under high temperature.
