出租汽车计价器的常数“K”是表示计价器为正确指示1km行程而接收到的信号数,单位为r/km。K值的大小直接影响出租汽车计价器的使用误差(+1.0%~-4.0%)。笔者在长期安装出租汽车计价器过程中(车型有千里马、菱帅、菱悦、海南马自达、捷达、哈飞等),发现新安装时确定的脉冲常数K0(其相应的使用误差均控制在-0.5%左右),一年后周期检定时(周检时间为一年一次)普遍太小,使用误差均在+1.5%~+2.0%之间,显然已经超过JJG517-2009《出租汽车计价器》检定规程中规定的误差要求。
