中央电视台《对话》栏目最近发来一份问卷调查,第一个问题就是“您正在读的书”。我填的是周岩等著的《体验营销》。周岩的团队,被《人民日报》称为“中国体验营销第一团队”。而以我的标准看,周岩的“第一”,在于她是一个系统地具有“商务新思维”的人。 这里说的“商务新思维”,至少有三层意思。 第一层意思,商务新思维,首先是“商务”思维,而非“技术”思维。《体验营销》与那些从IT角度谈新经济的
