随着教育教学的国际接轨和新课程改革的深入,提倡班级小组合作学习成了我国中小学教学中应用最多、最有效的方法之一。在近几年的研究中教育学家提出了很多关于在数学课堂实施小组合作学习的具体措施及方法,在教学中我国各地中小学老师们也获得了很多具有实践意义的收获。在小学数学教学与班级管理结合中,以充分调动学生积极情绪为主的小组合作学习是学生活动的重要环节,所以大家很重视研究和指导学生的学习方法。而建立学习小组是班级管理中构建高效数学课堂,实施有效管理的重要举措。
