现在,高速公路已然成为区域经济取得长远发展的重要动力之一,一旦建成高速路,可以最大限度地促进促进地区投资、物流以及经济的发展。在高速公路大力发展的同时,也存在一些问题制约公路的进一步发展,其中最为显著的是资金短缺问题,社会环境不同,公路融资渠道也存在较大差异。传统的融资严重滞后,阻碍了高速公路的进一步的发展,必须积极学习国外先进经验,充分结合国家的具体情况,采取建设专项资金、证券发行等等筹资形式,制定适合自身发展的融资形式。
Nowadays, the expressway has become one of the important driving forces for the long-term development of the regional economy. Once the expressway is completed, it can maximize the promotion of investment, logistics and economic development in the region. Along with the vigorous development of the expressway, there are also some problems that restrict the further development of the road. The most obvious one is the shortage of funds and the different social environment. There are also great differences in the ways of financing the roads. Traditional financing seriously lags behind and hinders the further development of the expressway. We must actively learn advanced foreign experience and fully integrate the specific conditions of our country to formulate financing forms suitable for our own development by means of financing such as construction of special funds and securities issuance.
