煤仓煤位实时监测系统的分析与设计

针对由于煤仓恶劣的现场环境,粉尘多、湿气大造成一般的检测方法出现误差和难以保证系统稳定运行的现状,设计一套基于重锤式原理的煤仓煤位实时监测装置。系统通过微控制器驱动步进电动机控制煤仓悬挂重锤的下行和上行;传感器设计使用拉绳式的位移传感器,当检测到重锤与煤仓煤位接触时,微控制器测量煤位高度。同时,系统具有显示、声光指示设计。当煤仓煤位高度超过报警值时,系统向煤机控制装置发出控制信号,完成煤仓煤位的自动检测及控制系统。该系统发挥对煤仓的调节和缓冲系统生产力的作用,保障煤矿能够稳定、安全的进行生产作业。 In view of the harsh site environment of coal bunker, dust and moisture, which lead to the error of general detection methods and the difficulty of ensuring the stable operation of the system, a coal seam coal level real-time monitoring device based on hammer principle is designed. The system drives the stepping motor to control the down and up of the hanger weight of the coal bunker by the micro-controller. The sensor design uses the pull rope type displacement sensor. When detecting that the weight and coal bunker are in contact with each other, the microcontroller measures the coal height . At the same time, the system has a display, sound and light design. When the coal bunker coal height exceeds the alarm value, the system sends a control signal to the coal machine control device to complete the coal bunker coal level automatic detection and control system. The system plays a role in adjusting the coal bunker and buffering the productivity of the system to ensure that the coal mine can conduct stable and safe production operations.
