对PBT20型湿喷机的液压系统和分配阀进行了研究,设计出一种液压补偿油路以及以单片机为核心的湿喷机智能逻辑控制系统。克服了现有湿喷机存在的料腔出料口脉冲现象严重、出料不均、输送距离有限等缺陷。
The hydraulic system and distribution valve of PBT20 wet spraying machine are researched, and a hydraulic compensation hydraulic circuit and a smart logic control system of wet spraying machine with a singlechip as the core are designed. Overcoming the existing wet jetting machine outlet material port pulse phenomenon is serious, uneven discharge, delivery distance is limited and other defects.
