竞走项目是国家体育总局田径运动管理中心的重点项目,也是我国田径竞赛中的优势项目。本文通过文献综述、问卷调查法对竞走运动员后备人才培养中的选材、教练员、场地器材、训练体制等因素进行研究分析,探究竞走运动员后备人才培养中的成功经验,同时也发现存在训练经费不足、人才输送性别不均等问题。针对现阶段后备人才培养中实际情况,提出相关的对策,以促进竞走运动员后备人才培养模式的不断完善。
