目的观察分析美洛西林联合微生态制剂治疗小儿感染性腹泻的效果。方法随机选取2015年2月至2016年2月我院收治的104例小儿感染性腹泻患者,按照不同的用药方式分为两组,各52例。对照组采用美洛西林治疗,治疗组联合采用微生态制剂治疗,对比两组的临床治疗情况、IL-6、IL-17水平。结果治疗后,治疗组的止泻时间、痊愈时间均比对照组短,且IL-6、IL-17水平下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿感染性腹泻应用美洛西林联合微生态制剂治疗,可缩短患儿病程及改善其临床症状。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of mezlocillin combined with probiotics in treating infantile infectious diarrhea. Methods A total of 104 pediatric infectious diarrhea patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups (52 cases each). The control group was treated with mezlocillin, and the treatment group was treated with probiotics. The clinical treatment, IL-6 and IL-17 levels were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the antidiarrheal time and the recovery time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group, and the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of mezlocillin combined with probiotics in treating pediatric infectious diarrhea can shorten the course of the disease and improve its clinical symptoms.
