随着油田开发的不断深入,稠油资源的开发逐渐引起国内外的重视,目前稠油开发的主要方法包括蒸汽吞吐、蒸汽驱、火烧油层和出砂冷采等。这些开采方法使水泥石面临新的挑战,因此,评价水泥石性能的传统方法已不足于衡量高温高压条件下水泥石的性能。为此,本文提出了一整套高温下水泥石力学性能和热学性能的评价方法。在180-350℃条件下,对连续蒸汽驱和间歇性蒸汽驱后两种水泥石的力学性能和热学性能进行评价,深入分析了各个参数对水泥石性能的影响,提出各个性能参数较合理的范围。
With the deepening of oilfield development, the development of heavy oil resources has drawn great attention both at home and abroad. At present, the main methods for developing heavy oil include steam stimulation, steam flooding, fire-burning oil formation and cold sand production. These mining methods are facing new challenges for cement stone. Therefore, the traditional method for evaluating the performance of cement stones is not enough to measure the performance of cement stones under high temperature and high pressure conditions. To this end, this paper presents a set of high temperature cement stone mechanical properties and thermal properties of the evaluation method. The mechanical and thermal properties of two kinds of cement stones after continuous steam flooding and intermittent steam flooding were evaluated at 180-350 ℃. The influence of each parameter on the performance of cement stone was analyzed. All the performance parameters were reasonable range.
