利用有限单元法,建立了整体钻柱的受力与变形分析模式。用这一模式计算了一口水平井在其增斜段钻柱全长的受力与变形,对钻柱全长的受力与变形分析结果与仅取下部钻具组合时的分析结果进行了对比.算例表明,整体钻柱的受力分析结果是合理的。首次计算出实际井眼中钻柱整体的受力与变形状况,对于合理设计定向井或水平井的钻柱与下部钻具组合有一定的参考价值。该方法同样适用于对套管柱进行受力与变形分析。
Using the finite element method, the force and deformation analysis mode of the whole drill string is established. By using this model, the force and deformation of a horizontal well in the full length of its augmented section are calculated. The results of stress and deformation analysis of the whole length of the drill string are compared with the analysis results when only the bottom hole assembly is removed . The example shows that the stress analysis results of the whole drill string are reasonable. For the first time, the stress and deformation of the whole drill string in the actual wellbore are calculated, which is of certain reference value for the combination of the drill string and the lower drill string for the rational design of the directional or horizontal well. The method is also suitable for stress and deformation analysis of casing string.
