党员主体的状况以及对待党员主体的态度如何,决定着党内民主的实际进程与成败。在推进党内民主进程中,必须深刻剖析党内政治生活中制约党员主体地位实现的深层原因,从中寻求破解的途径和办法。只有这样,才能按照党中央既定的战略部署,把党员主体地位和民主权利真正落到实处,扎实推进党内民主建设。
The status of the party members as well as the attitude of treating the party members as the main body determine the actual progress and success of the party’s democracy within the party. In promoting the process of inner-party democracy, we must profoundly analyze the underlying causes that restrict the realization of the party’s main body’s status in the party’s political life and find ways and means to solve it. Only in this way can we truly implement the party’s principal status and democratic rights in accordance with the strategic plan set by the party Central Committee and push forward the building of inner-party democracy.
