目的 建立大鼠脑冷冻伤模型并探讨脑组织细胞冷冻伤中Bcl- 2的表达 ,提供抗损伤治疗的新思路 .方法 运用液氮冷冻器作用于大鼠左侧顶部脑组织后 2h、6h、12h ,建立脑冷冻伤模型 ,同时观察冷冻伤侧脑组织病理形态学改变与Bcl- 2表达的变化 .结果 液氮作用后 2h ,脑组织已出现充血、水肿及神经元坏死的表现 ,并于 12h明显累及海马回神经元 .有价值的是 ,与坏死交界处的健在神经元呈现了Bcl- 2的高表达 .结论 说明了脑组织中神经元的损伤与Bcl- 2基因蛋白的表达有关 ,提示通过抗细胞凋亡的途径对脑损伤治疗具有应用前景 .
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rat model of frostbrain injury and to explore the expression of Bcl-2 in cold injury of brain tissue and to provide a new way of anti-injury treatment.Methods After 2h, 6h, 12h.At the same time we observed the changes of histopathological changes and Bcl-2 expression on the side of the frozen injury.Results The hyperemia, edema and neuron necrosis appeared in the brain tissue 2h after the liquid nitrogen treatment, 12h obviously involved the hippocampal neurons.It is worth noting that the neurons in the junction with the necrosis presented a high expression of Bcl-2.Conclusions The neuronal damage in brain tissue is related to the expression of Bcl-2 gene protein, Tip through the anti-apoptotic pathway for brain injury treatment has the prospect.
