近年来,张家港市各级工会扎实推动工会帮扶服务工作向镇(街道)和企业延伸,先后出台多项规范性文件,开展规模企业职工服务中心(站、点)示范点分级创建。经过3年的努力,全市10个区镇均已建立职工服务中心,300人以上规模企业建成职工服务中心(站、点)213家、建成率达95%以上,45家企业被评为A级示范点,有效拓展了服务网络、提升了服务实效,
In recent years, the trade unions at all levels in Zhangjiagang City have steadily promoted the extension of trade union assistance services to the towns (streets) and enterprises, successively issued a number of normative documents and carried out the establishment of demonstration sites for service centers (stations and spots) for large-scale enterprises.
