简要介绍一种大功率数字变频调速系统的结构及原理。该系统主回路为高低高结构电流源型变频器,采用单片机为核心的数字控制器,其控制策略采用转子磁通定向直接矢量控制。通过对定子电压方程做有条件的简化,得到一种转子磁通观测算法。以此为基础通过单片机实现了一种简易无速度传感器控制方案。
Brief introduction of a high-power digital frequency control system structure and principle. The main circuit of the system is a high-low-current high-structure current source inverter, and adopts a digital controller with a single-chip microcomputer as its core. Its control strategy uses rotor flux-oriented direct vector control. By conditional simplification of the stator voltage equation, a rotor flux observation algorithm is obtained. Based on this, a simple speed sensorless control scheme is realized through single chip microcomputer.
