正值举国同庆香港回归祖国之际,来自全国的四十名卫生财会战线的代表于1997年6月14日～16日在杭州参加了由中国卫生经济学会卫生财会专业委员会和浙江省卫生经济学会联合召开的第二次全国卫生财会专题研讨会。这次会议共收到应征论文120余篇,其中29篇论文在大会交流。交流主要围绕着加强卫生财会管理、如何建立内控制度、推行责任会计等问题,现就其主要观点综述如下: 一、关子加强卫生财会管理。代表们认为:全国卫生工作会议以后,计财部门要从制订规划、制订政策、筹集资金、抓好管理四个方面来贯彻落实《中共
At the time when the whole country celebrated the return of Hong Kong to the motherland, representatives of forty health finance and accounting fronts from across the country participated in the professional committee of the Health and Accounting Association of the Chinese Health Economics Association and the Zhejiang Provincial Health Economy from June 14 to June 16, 1997. Held the second national seminar on health finance and accounting. More than 120 papers were submitted to the conference, of which 29 papers were exchanged at the conference. The exchanges mainly revolved around issues such as strengthening the management of health accounting, how to establish internal control, and implementing accountability accounting. The main points of view are summarized as follows: 1. Guan Zi strengthens the management of health finance and accounting. Delegates believe that after the National Conference on Health Work, the financial and accounting departments should implement the “Communist of the Communist Party of China” from the aspects of formulating plans, formulating policies, raising funds, and managing well.
