运用GC-MS联用技术测定再造烟叶生产废水生化处理中4个关键工序出水水样的有机组分种类、数量及含量,结合水样水质深入分析生化处理中的影响因素。检测结果表明:1经生化系统处理,可去除初沉池水样中悬浮物99.8%、色度94.8%、COD 95.0%、氨氮92.0%,完全去除初沉池水样中总磷和可溶性磷酸盐;2 4个关键工序出水水样组分数量分别为49个、37个、35个和30个,95%以上的烟草特征产物被降解,毒性最高的尼古丁经厌氧处理被完全降解,其他杂环化合物经厌氧、好氧处理完全降解。
GC-MS was used to determine the types, quantities and contents of organic components in the effluent water samples from biochemical treatment of reconstituted tobacco production wastewater. The influencing factors in biochemical treatment were analyzed with water quality. The results showed that: 1 biochemical system can remove primary sediment water samples suspended solids 99.8%, color 94.8%, COD 95.0%, ammonia 92.0%, completely remove the primary sediment water samples of total phosphorus and soluble phosphate 49, 37, 35 and 30 respectively. The 95% or more of the tobacco products were degraded. The most toxic nicotine was completely degraded by anaerobic treatment and the others were miscellaneous Cyclic compounds by anaerobic, aerobic treatment completely degraded.
