本文研究了21例成人的桡神经内部结构,其中20例用醋酸溶液滴浸进行解剖分离,1例作断面对照观察。根据显微外科技术的需要,对桡神经干内主要神经束及束组作了局部解剖学研究。一、观察了桡神经干的位置、形态和束数,测量了其大小,绘制了桡神经断面的神经束局部定位图。二、桡神经干在臂部由远到近呈外旋性移动。神经干内的束组,右上肢呈顺时针方向移动,左上肢呈逆时针方向移动。三、讨论了前臂骨间后神经易受压损伤的局部解剖学因素。
In this paper, 21 cases of adult radial nerve internal structure, of which 20 cases were digested with acetic acid solution dissection, 1 case of cross-sectional control. According to the need of microsurgical technique, the local anatomy of the main nerve bundles and bundles in the radial nerve trunk was studied. First, the position, shape and number of the radial nerve trunk were observed, the size of the radial nerve trunk was measured, and the localization map of the nerve bundle of the radial nerve was drawn. Second, the radial nerve trunk in the arm from far to near was external rotation movement. Nerve trunk beam group, the right upper limb moved clockwise, the left upper limb was counterclockwise movement. Third, we discuss the local anatomical factors that affect the vulnerability of the posterior interosseous nerve to compression injury.
