1947年2月7日,陈云曾经发表过一篇《怎样才能少犯错误》的讲话。当时,陈云奉命主持辽东分局南满根据地的工作。针对一些干部对错误问题产生的不同认识,他在紧张的战斗间隙,选择了一个适当的时机主持召开南满分局第一次扩大会议。会上,陈云以切身体会指出,人都会犯错误,关键是如何对待自己的错误和他人的不同意见。这次讲话中他提出了后来大家熟知的“交换、比较、反复”的方法。
February 7, 1947, Chen Yun has published a “how can make fewer mistakes” speech. At that time, Chen Yun was ordered to preside over Liaodong Sub-station Nanman base work. In view of the different opinions of some cadres on the wrong issues, he chose the appropriate time to host the first enlarged meeting of the Nan Man Branch in the midst of intense fighting. At the meeting, Chen Yun personally pointed out that people will make mistakes, the key is how to treat their own mistakes and different opinions of others. In this speech, he put forward a well-known “exchange, comparison, repetition” approach.
