本试验采用不同厚度的聚乙烯塑料小袋包装、运用正交与对比两种方法,对鲜人参进行限气贮藏试验。结果表明,以恒温冷库(0℃±1℃)条件下,使用0.1mm厚摩的薄膜小袋,经过210天的贮藏,保鲜率高达90%以上。
The experiment uses different thickness of polyethylene plastic pouch packaging, the use of orthogonal and contrasting two methods, fresh ginseng limited storage test. The results showed that the fresh-keeping rate could reach more than 90% after stored for 210 days under the condition of constant temperature and cold storage (0 ℃ ± 1 ℃) and 0.1 mm thick film pouch.
